What Housing Will HydroTopia require?
HydroTopia wants every citizen feeling comfortable and safe with their homes, HydroTopia will aim to provide what families, couples, singles and children what in their everyday life. HydroTopia will include
houses with an average-sized backyard. We are going to have this as our second option because of some people like a big backyard for kids or pets. 
How is HydroTopia liveable for Everyone?
Hospitals
We have hospitals and emergency services in each residential area.
Emergency Services (000)
HydroTopia has many emergency services around the residential areas and they are open 24/7. We also will have home doctors, so for those who don't want to visit the clinic, they can call their home doctor.
Public Spaces
HydroTopia has water parks, nature parks and general parks for adults/teenagers/children/elders to enjoy. We have a combination of water and nature parks.  
Commercial
Underwater, we have 4 malls/plazas that have around 70 shops. HydroTopia won't have any on the top level because we have our attractions and residential areas. 
Schools/Universities
HydroTopia has a couple of schools underwate, we don't have schools on the mainland, because we encourage children/teenagers to take the bullet trains to go to Adelaide and school there. We will have solar panels on the 4 sides of the school. Also, to make school more fun, we will have some classes on the flat roof of the school. To make it cool, we will also have grass on the buildings. 
Religion/Church
We have temples and churches in every residential area for the people who believe in different religions. The temples and churches will celebrate different festivals as well. There will be a small grass area as well outside the churches. 
The housing in Hydrotopia is energy efficient and sustainable.

there will be 2 taps
Purple Tap
This tap will be for all the rejected & wastewater
these 2 taps are to make sure that we are not using to much clean water for things that we can just use wastewater for like watering your garden.
Blue Tap
This tap will be for clean & fresh water
HydroTopia will also have a playground every two hundred meters within every house so a healthy lifestyle and an active lifestyle is encouraged.
On the houses there will be solar films, on the windows. The solar films will be photovoltic (meaning they are thiner than solar panels) , they will also be clear. there will be another film that collects the sun shine and stores it into a battery which powers houses.
